- To confirm 2 or more night’s reservation a $200 deposit is required within 24 hours to secure the booking and the balance to be paid at least 14 days prior to your confirmed arrival date.
- Payment can be made over the Telephone (08) 8554 9503 with a Mastercard or Visa Card.
- If at the time of booking the arrival date is within 14 days then Payment in Full will be required
- To confirm a Single night reservation (when available) the total tariff is to be paid on booking.
- A Confirmation of Booking letter will be sent on receipt of deposit.
- Children are welcome but must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times (limited facilities for children).
- Confirmation of your booking (payment of your deposit) means you are agreeing to abide by our terms and conditions.

Cancellation
Policy
We recommend you take out travel insurance to provide protection against loss due to illness, injury, loss of luggage and cancellation of travel.
- Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to the first date booked will be entitled to a full refund of any deposit paid.
- Cancellations notified 30 days or less and more than 14 days prior to the first date booked will forfeit the full deposit unless the cottage is re-booked.
- Cancellations 14 days or less prior to the first date booked will forfeit all monies paid unless the cottage is re-booked.
- All refunds are subject to adjustment for any Bank fees or Commissions paid (Third Party Booking Agencies).
