- To confirm 2 or more night’s reservation a $200.00 deposit is required within 24 hours to secure the booking and the balance to be paid at least 14 days prior to your confirmed arrival date
- Payment can be made over the Telephone (08) 8554 9503 with a Mastercard or Visa Card
- If at the time of booking your arrival date is less than 14 days away then full payment will be required
- A booking has not been made until a deposit has been paid! …. However if requested we can hold a date for you for a maximum of 24 hours only
- When the arrival date is 90 days or more away a $100.00 deposit can be paid and the remaining $100.00 of the deposit paid at 30 days with balance paid at 14 days prior to your arrival date
- Single night bookings for 5 or 6 guests may be available, please contact us direct for a Special Package price
- A Confirmation of Booking letter will be sent on receipt of deposit
- When a booking is arranged over the phone, your name, address and contact numbers will be requested
- Parties and Functions at the property are strictly prohibited. (see Groups Policy on Copyright & Policies Page)
- Children must be supervised by a Responsible adult at all times. (Limited facilities for younger Children)
- Booking our accommodation is not permitted by persons under the age of 18 years
- Confirmation of your booking by Payment of a Deposit means you are agreeing to abide by our T&C’s and Policies
- The Cottage is available from 3pm on the first day of your stay and vacated by 11am on your day of departure
- Late departure is subject to prior arrangement and availability, extra charges will apply

- Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to the first date booked will be entitled to a refund of any deposit paid
- Cancellations notified 30 days or less and more than 14 days prior to the first date booked will forfeit the full deposit unless the Cottage is re-booked
- Cancellations 14 days or less prior to the first date booked will forfeit all monies paid unless the cottage is re-booked
- All refunds are subject to adjustment for any Bank fee’s or Commissions paid (Third Party Booking Agencies etc)
We recommend you take out travel insurance to provide protection against financial loss due to illness, injury, death, loss of luggage and cancellation of travel.
HELP STOP CREDIT CARD FRAUD.
On arrival at Welcome Springs you will be required to sign the original printed receipt from the Credit Card Approval Terminal used to approve your over the phone payment for your Accommodation or Massage, also some third party booking agents require us (on your arrival) to view the last 4 numbers of the Credit Card used to pay for your accommodation.
