- To confirm a 2 or more night’s Reservation a $200.00 deposit is required to secure the booking and the balance to be paid at least 14 days prior to your confirmed arrival date.
- Payment can be made over the Telephone (08) 8554 9503 with a Visa or Master Card.
- If at time of booking your arrival date is less than 14 days away the full payment is required
- A booking has not been made until a deposit has been paid.

- A Confirmation of Booking letter will be sent on receipt of a deposit
- When booking over the phone, your Name, Address & Phone Number will be required.
- Functions at Welcome Springs B&B Retreat are strictly prohibited (see Groups Policy on our Copyright & Policies page, T&C's)
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- Booking accommodation at Welcome Springs is not permitted by persons under 18 years
- Confirmation of your booking by Payment of a Deposit signifies that you have read, understood and are agreeing to abide by our Terms and Conditions (T&C's).
- Your Check-in time is from 3pm and Check-out time is by 11am.
- Late departure is subject to prior arrangement and availability, extra charges apply.
- No Shows - If you do not arrive and/or stay for the entire number of nights that you have paid for... Sorry no refund will be given under any circumstances.

- Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to the first date booked will be entitled to a refund of any monies paid less a $50.00 administration fee or we can transfer all monies paid to another available date ( within 6 months ).*
- Cancellations notified 30 days or less and more than 14 days prior to the first date booked will forfeit their deposit paid (usually $200.00) unless we can secure a replacement booking for the same period and at a similar tariff.*
- Cancellations 14 days or less prior to the first date booked will forfeit all monies paid.
- No Shows - If you do not arrive and/or stay for the entire number of nights that have been booked, sorry no refund will be given.
- (*) All refunds are subject to adjustment for any Bank fee’s or Commissions paid to third party booking agents.
- We strongly recommend you - take out travel insurance to provide protection against financial loss due to illness, injury, death, loss of luggage and or cancellation of travel.

On arrival at Welcome Springs we will provide you with the original printed receipt from our EFTPOS Terminal used to approve your over the phone payments, also some third party booking agents require us (on your arrival) to view the last 4 numbers of the Credit Card used to pay for your accommodation and from time to time we may also require further proof of your identity.
