Smoking is not permitted Inside the House, on the Deck or near entertainment area.
Smoke detectors are installed in all the rooms for your safety.
Children are welcome but must be supervised by a Responsible Adult at all times.
We regret to advise that Welcome Springs is not a suitable place to bring your family pets.
Groups Policy.
Welcome springs is the perfect place for a quiet relaxing stay however it is not a suitable location for a party or large gathering of people. Should this happen then we will ensure that any non approved guests leave the property immediately and the original guests may have their stay at Welcome Springs B&B cancelled.
Damage.
We understand that accidents can occur, but any willful or reckless loss or damages will be debited to the guests account. If extra cleaning is required (spills on carpets, upholstery, curtains etc) a charge of $28.00 per Hour will apply .
